Pink bins are appearing all over the Beehive to collect your unwanted bras to help raise money for the Lilian Elizabeth Fund!
In association with “Bra Bra Black Sheep” and The Lilian Elizabeth Fund, we are collecting all your used and unwanted bras to help raise money for the construction of a new Medical Centre in a remote village in The Gambia.
Global textile recycling company; BCR pay £1 per kilo of bras collected, and the collected bras are sorted and graded. Those donated in great condition will be given to ladies in third world countries. Bras will also be baled and given to very poor families so they can support themselves by selling them in the market place. Those bras that are beyond wear are stripped down and each part is recycled.
Please help us by donating your spare and unwanted Bras by placing them in the Pink bins in The Beehive!!
